On behalf of the entire Germantown United CDC team and board, we wanted to take a second to send a huge, heartfelt thank you to everyone that made our annual fundraiser, For the Love of Germantown possible. It was a beautiful evening from start to finish—packed with incredible food, great conversations, warm connections, and that unmistakable Germantown energy. Because of everyone’s efforts GUCDC raised over $10,000 which will support our daily operations and future community projects.
Two of our favorite parts of the evening were acknowledging and celebrating the hard work Julie Stapleton Carroll put into GU during her time serving as a board member and board president, as well as honoring three businesses that are truly making positive impacts in our neighborhood.
