Overview

Join us for our additional Qigong class for our new afternoon Spring Forward Hours (4:30-6:30pm). The teaching style includes invigorating and flowing movements, breathwork, and meditation, and emphasizes the importance of being aware of the body, emotions, and mind when tapping into one’s energy. These exercises can be done either standing or sitting.
